PROPERLY INSURED

Most real estate conveyance lawyers are insured for up to a Million Dollars of liability insurance. Though we have never had to use it, we are properly covered by our excess insurance premiums to handle the value of your property purchase or sale giving you the piece of mind that you expect when you select your conveyance lawyer.

PRIVACY ASSURED

High-End buyers of real estate have unique needs. Most particularly, high end buyers often want the value of their acquisition to be hidden from electronic land registry searches. For non-MLS deals, we assume that is your desire from the start and will ensure that the Land Registry records your transaction as $2.00 to keep inquisitive parties using electronic searching mechanisms to see your property value in the dark about your purchase price.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION

The Real Estate conveyance industry is a clerk driven process. White glove service is not.  This means that, upon becoming a client, you are provided with your lawyer’s direct cell phone number at the start of the process and deal exclusively with them throughout. White Glove Service means that you can expect prompt response times by the lawyer on your file 7 days a week.  Further, we know your schedule takes priority.   Signups with your lawyer will take place based on your scheduling needs, not ours.   WGS clients can choose to meet weekends, evenings, holidays or, for international clients in different timezones, at night.  

PRICING
Our pricing model is simple.

Purchase Fees:
We charge $4350 plus HST for the first $2,500,000 and $120 per hundred thousand thereafter. This pricing includes all disbursements except land transfer tax and title insurance.
